Initially a portrait course final assignment, Home Musings is an ongoing personal project, an endeavor to capture the seemingly mundane beauty of a living home. As a child, the boundaries of home were once my only photographic subject options; readily available, controlled. Decades later, home is an optional subject, readily available, controlled. Not. The home lives and breathes of its own accord. The light and dark of home speaks volumes if only we choose to see. I seek to observe the home with eyes wide open.
